The first step of the project was initiated by Aksaray University (ASU) Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in order to increase the quality of bovine animals and it was carried out in cooperation with the Konya Plain Project (KOP) Regional Development Administration.

In the Yenikent Village, embryo transfer was performed to an animal belonging to Bekir Kayan, the President of the Cattle Breeders Association (DSYB). ASU Faculty Member of Veterinary Faculty Assoc. In this way, the number of genetically high animals and consequently meat and milk yields are increased.
